The string inverters of the new VS series set standards regarding efficiency and quality. In case of a technical defect during the warranty period, Voltwerk guarantees a prompt and unbureaucratic exchange service for the inverter. Upon request, the warranty period can be prolonged to 10 years.

Scope of Voltwerk manufacturer´s warranty
Voltwerk warrants that all our string inverters are free from material or manufacturing defects. For any warranty claims, Voltwerk bears the transport costs for sending the replacement unit as well as re-collecting the defective unit. In case of a warranty case, Voltwerk timely sends a replacement unit of equal value, ready for use. Moreover, Voltwerk bears installation costs up to a total of € 100.–. This way you can quickly order a qualified local technician of your choice, independent of our field service. So your PV yield is safeguarded in the best possible way.
